Our comprehensive CrossFit Beginner class provides people of ALL fitness levels a safe, beginner-friendly environment, to learn and practice the fundamental CrossFit movements while still experiencing the fun and motivation of our regular classes.
If you've never done CrossFit it's important to complete a beginner class before progressing to our regular classes. This will ensure you have the confidence, skills, and perfect technique to supercharge your fitness goals.
