
CROSSFIT BEGINNER PROGRAM
Our comprehensive 2 week beginner CrossFit program provides people of ALL fitness levels a safe, beginner-friendly environment, to learn and practice the fundamental CrossFit movements. It's the perfect way to get started and includes a free weeks membership so you can decide if TORIAN is for you with no obligation or commitment to an ongoing membership.
If you've never done CrossFit before it's important to complete our beginner program before progressing to our regular group classes. This will ensure you have the confidence, skills, and proper technique for safe and effective training.

what to expecT
Week 1: Small Group Sessions 1 & 2
These two sessions are with 1-4 people and focus on the fundamental CrossFit movements that make up our daily group classes. Here we strip everything back to basics and teach the key CrossFit concepts and quality movement patterns. This will ensure you have a solid foundation to build on when it’s time to progress to group classes. At the end of each session you'll get the heart rate up with a short workout.
Week 2: Class sessions
After being introduced to the basics in sessions 1 & 2 you’re now ready to join our regular group classes. The coach will be on hand to guide you through the full class experience and help you with tailoring the workouts to suit you fitness and skill level.
getting starteD
Our Beginner Program starts every week with Session 1 on Mon evening or Tues morning at the following times:
Cost: $97 all inclusive beginner sessions & one weeks membership.
Evening Beginner Program:

Session 1 - Monday at 5pm or 6pm.

Session 2 - Wednesday 5pm or 6pm.
Morning Beginner Program:
-
Session 1 - Tues 7am.

Session 2 - Thurs 7am.
