CROSSFIT BEGINNER CLASS

Our beginner classes are held every Mon & Wed at 6-7pm

Our comprehensive CrossFit Beginner class costs $55 and provides people of ALL fitness levels a safe, beginner-friendly environment, to learn and practice the fundamental CrossFit movements while still experiencing the fun and motivation of our regular classes.

If you've never done CrossFit it's important to complete a beginner class before progressing to our regular classes. This will ensure you have the confidence, skills, and perfect technique to achieve your fitness goals.

Step 2: Book into a Mon or Wed beginner class via the booking link below.

Step 3: You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to our our health check, which must be completed before attending your first session.
