Our comprehensive 2 week Beginner CrossFit program provides people of ALL fitness levels a safe, beginner-friendly environment, to learn and practice the fundamental CrossFit movements under the watchful eye of one of our professional coaches.
If you've never done CrossFit before it's important to complete our beginner program before progressing to our regular group classes. This will ensure you have the confidence, skills, and understanding of basic technique to set you up for long term success and keep you safe.
what to expecT
Price: The cost of the entire 2 week program is $110 & includes:
Week 1 (sessions 1 & 2)
These two sessions will be one-on-one with a coach and are spent focusing on the fundamental movements that make up our daily group classes. Here we strip everything back to the basics to ensure the key concepts and movement patterns are learnt and understood. This will ensure we have a solid foundation from which to build when it’s time to progress to group classes.
After being Introduced to the basics in sessions 1 & 2, you’re now ready to try out a few of our group classes. A coach will be on hand to guide you through the full class experience, while at the same time prescribing your own version of the daily workout.
Finally, later in the week you’ll meet one on one with your coach to revise everything you’ve learned over the past 2 weeks and discuss any questions or queries you might have.
Our Beginner Program starts every week with Session 1 on Mon evening or Tues morning at the following times:
Cost: $110 (2 week all inclusive program & membership).
Evening Beginner Program:
Session 1 - Monday at 5pm or 6pm.
Session 2 - Wednesday 5pm or 6pm.
Morning Beginner Program:
Session 1 - Tues 7am.
Session 2 - Thurs 7am.
