WORKOUTS 🏆

 

Event 1

 

21-15-9 reps for time:
Thruster 42.5/30kg
Burpee

*Begin each round with a 400m run.

 

Time cap: 12 mins

 

Scaled use 30/20kg

 

Event 2

 

For time:
100 cal Row/Bike (50/50)
50 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
25 Bar Muscle ups
50 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
100ft Handstand walk

 

All movements will be performed as a 2 person synchro, with team mates swapping in and out as they choose. The Handstand walk will be performed one athlete at a time with team members completing 33ft each.

 

Time Cap: 12 mins

 

Score equals time to complete the workout. Should a team be time capped, 1 second for every rep not completed will be added to their score.

 

Scaled Division

 

For time:
100 cal Row/Bike (50/50)
50 DB Snatch 15/10kg
25 Pull ups
50 DB Snatch 15/10kg
100ft DB Lunge walk 15/10kg

 

All movements will be performed as a 2 person synchro, with team mates swapping in and out as they choose. The Lunge walk will be performed one athlete at a time with team members completing 33ft each.

 

Time Cap: 12 mins

 

Event 3

 

For max load 🏋🏽‍♂️

 

Team member 1: Hi-hang clean + Hang clean + Clean + Push press

Team member 2: Hi-hang clean + Hang clean + Clean + Push jerk

Team member 3: Hi-hang clean + Hang clean + Clean + Split jerk

 

Time Cap: 6 mins

 

Teams will select who completes each complex. Each team member will be given 2 minutes to take as many attempts as they like, with their heaviest successful attempt counting towards the overall team total.

 

Note: Cleans may be power or full. Hang clean must be taken from below the knee.

 

Event 4

 

For time:
21 Toes to Bar
21 Wallballs 9/6kg (10/9')
21 Box jump overs 24/20”

 

Time cap: 6 mins

 

Team members will race through this chipper Indian file. Once team member 1 completes the Box jumps, team member 2 is released to work through the chipper in the same way. The workout continues in this fashion until all 3 team members are across the line.

21 Hanging knee raises
21 Wallballs 6/4kg (10/9’)
21 Box jump/step overs 24/20”
