Strength & Power Program
This program is an 8 week cycle aimed at developing high end strength and speed. It will incorporate lower reps and higher loads and be built around the big 3 power lifts which include Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat (Plus accessory lifts).
Percentage work will be utilised to ensure the athlete is getting the appropriate progression he or she requires to develop strength safely and achieve new personal records in each of the 3 lifts.
Duration: 8 Weeks
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Goals: Build maximal strength
