The Torian Strength program is designed to build maximal strength in minimal time. The program runs 3 days per week, typically taking 1 hour to complete. It consists of both primary and secondary lifts, utilising super sets to ensure sufficient volume can be achieved within the 1 hour time frame.
Each day the program targets the entire body utilising large compound lifts, as well as smaller accessories exercises to elicit the the greatest training effect possible and allow athletes to build strength, power and size.
This program is ideal for anyone able to dedicate 3 hours per week and is motivated to increase total body strength, and add lean muscle mass.
