Terms & Conditions:

 

- All membership cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ notice. This must be made by submitting the below form. (To ensure we retain accurate records, verbal requests or requests via social media will not be accepted.)

- After the 14 day notice period, your membership will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle. Payments will not be refunded if already processed.

- Cancellations fees do not apply to PAYG memberships. PAYG memberships can be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee, as long as at least 14 days’ notice is provided.
