MIKE TOWNER 
Co-Owner / Director of Coaching

Mike Towner has been heavily involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in CrossFit as both an athlete and coach, having participated in numerous competitions throughout Australia since 2009 and owning successful CrossFit affiliates since 2011. In 2016 Mike coached the CrossFit Torian team to an appearance at the Pacific Regional where the team finished in fourth position, qualifying for and competing in the CrossFit Games in California as one of the best 40 teams in the world.

When the sport of CrossFit arrived, he was immediately drawn to its ability to reach new levels of strength and endurance, while also providing a community aspect that far surpasses what any other fitness style offers. Mike’s passion for the sport translates to his skills as a coach, where he brings a results-driven outlook, coupled with a strong focus on a solid foundation, to ensure his athletes reach new levels of peak performance.

ROYCE DUNNE 
Head Coach

Royce has performed at a high level in numerous sports (most notably CrossFit, weightlifting, AFL and tennis) and has extensive experience with a variety of strength/power training programs. He is a strong advocate of CrossFit, believing it to be the best strength and conditioning program on the planet. He has seen how the principles of CrossFit, and the lessons learned through every session, can resonate through people’s lives. It is this satisfaction in his clients’ success that keeps him coming back for more.

For the last four years Royce has worked with individuals and groups to forge elite fitness, catering from beginner levels right through to professional athletes.

Royce has qualified for the CrossFit Games multiple times as both a team and individual athlete, and holds the title of Strongest Man in CrossFit. In 2021 Royce won the Torian Pro and went on to place 16th overall at the CrossFit Games, making him the fittest male CrossFit athlete in Australia.
