All of our CrossFit classes follow a structured daily workout (WOD) that’s designed for everyone. While the overall workout is the same, it’s scaled to suit your individual fitness level—whether you’re brand new or an experienced athlete. Our expert coaches will make sure you’re doing movements that are right for you.
Class sizes vary depending on the time of day, but on average, you can expect around 20 people per session. Our early morning classes tend to be the busiest, but we’ve got plenty of space and equipment and a strong coaching team that ensures every member receives quality attention, no matter the class size.
Not at all. While we’re proud to have high-level athletes in our community, the majority of our members are everyday people just looking to get fitter, stronger, and healthier. Our workouts are designed to be scalable for all fitness levels, and our coaches will tailor everything to suit where you’re at. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to training after a break, you’ll feel right at home.
