TORIAN PROGRAMMING METHODOLOGY

Our classes focus on General Physical Preparedness (GPP)—a training approach designed to develop well-rounded, functional fitness. GPP is about readiness for the real world: whether that's playing sport, evading danger, or keeping up with your kids.

 

While we do love the sporting side of CrossFit, our class program isn’t designed for the pursuit of elite competition. Instead, we prioritise forging a broad, inclusive fitness that prepares everyday people for anything life throws at them, known or unknown.

 

Our methodology is rooted in the CrossFit prescription: constantly varied functional movements, executed at high intensity. We combine movements like presses, deadlifts, squats, Olympic lifts, kettlebell exercises, calisthenics, running, biking, and rowing, to name a few.

 

Workouts are varied, not random. Our coaches work meticulously to craft a program targeted at our members’ needs and are constantly assessing its efficacy based on what they see on the gym floor every day.
 

The result? Strong, athletic, resilient individuals who move well, avoid injury, and live with a high quality of life. Whether you’re carving black runs on a ski holiday, carrying the groceries in one trip, or simply staying active with your family, our GPP program delivers real-world results.
