Membership Billing

Membership fees are direct debited, weekly, fortnightly or 4-weekly via Wodify Payments powered by Stripe.
 

A additional transaction fee of 1.6% + $0.25 AUD per payment cycle applies to all membership payments processed via Wodify Payments (Stripe). For reference, a $57 weekly membership will incur a total charge of $58.17 per payment cycle. This fee is subject to change in accordance with Stripe’s pricing structure.

If a membership payment fails, Wodify will automatically retry the charge 24 hours later. A $10 failed payment fee will apply to any unsuccessful membership payment. If a member fails to make payment for two consecutive billing cycles, their membership will be automatically suspended until all outstanding payments are settled.
 

All members must keep an active credit or debit card on file for payment processing. Instructions on how to update payment details can be found here.

Membership Holds

Members may place their membership on temporary holds for a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) and a maximum of 28 days (4 weeks), up to twice per calendar year. Holds are available for reasons such as holidays, injury, illness or financial.

Hold requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the start date.
 

During the hold period, billing will be paused and will automatically resume once the hold period ends. The membership billing date will adjust to reflect the duration of the hold.

 

If the hold start date is the same as the billing date, membership will be charged and the next invoice due after the hold ends will be pushed back to account for the hold period.
 

All hold requests must be submitted via the official membership hold form.

Membership Cancelations

We don’t charge cancellation fees. However, cancellations require 14 days’ notice and must be submitted via email to team@crossfittorian.com. Please note: once a membership is cancelled, any future re-joining will be subject to the current membership pricing at the time of reactivation.

Kids & Teens

Children and teens aged 16 and under must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the facility. Teens aged 15 and older may be eligible to participate in regular classes with coach approval, based on maturity, experience, and skill level.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment, all members are expected to follow our gym rules. These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone, regardless of training style, experience level, or personal goals.
