It’s hard to believe it’s been 11 years since the doors first opened at CrossFit Torian. From humble beginnings to becoming a cornerstone of Brisbane’s fitness community, we’re celebrating the only way we know how—by throwing down with our crew!

THE BIRTHDAY BASH COMP
This year’s comp is set to be our biggest birthday celebration yet. Whether you’re chasing the podium or just keen to throw down with mates, there’s a division for everyone.

1RM clean & jerk
Follow the completion of Event 2 teams will be given a 1 minute reset. After the reset each athlete will be given one minute to complete a 1RM clean & jerk. Score equals the combined total of each athlete’s heaviest successful lift. SIGN UP NOW
